Format is changing when e-mailing webpage

I have created a page in Frontpage 2003 for my newsletter. When I show
it in a browser it looks as it should, but when I send it via Outlook
it is changing the format (more space between the lines). Do anybody
know how to prevent this?
 
Place the newsletter in your web site and use Outlook to see a plain text email with a link to the
newsletter on your site.

Keep in mind Outlook is not a web browser (so things are bound to look
different).

That would be the first thing to consider.
