Form works but no data

I have created a form so supervisors can send to me about new employees and
what computer access they will need. Well when the form is sent the form is
there but no data is in the text boxes. I'm using Ol 2002, Exchange 5.5, and
I have owners permission on the exchange server for my location. Could
someone please explain what I'm missing here? or is there another permission
that I need at the exchange level. Other sites in my corporation is
interested in this form for their site too so I'd really like to get it
running.

Each text box needs to be bound to an Outlook property, so Outlook knows
where to put the data. Check the Value tab of each control's Properties
dialog. The bound field is at the top.

If Sue's question isn't the problem, then the next thing to do is ensure that
the message is sent using the TNEF wrapper. You do this by Checking the Always
send this message in rtf, on the properties of the email address in the
addressee's contact item. I am not sure if this can also be forced in the
form's options page. Perhaps it can. If yes, then that is probably the best
way to do it.
