Help please.
I have designed an Outlook one-offed Custom Form for a local company - no code, just text fields. The Form can be sent from outside the company to an internal manager no problem. If the Form is sent from within the company network the Form layout and data is stripped. The company is using Exchange and SBS. Their network support administrator changed the setting in Exchange to ensure email was being sent in RTF and the Form worked fine when sent externally and internally. An employee then claimed that attachments were being removed from all (non-related) emails! The administrator changed the RTF setting back and my Forms are stripped. Does anyone have an experience of Outlook Custom Form layouts and data being stripped by Exchange or SBS and is there any connection between the RTF setting being changed and the removal of attachments?
