Form will not work

Godaddy allows me to publish to a folder in my main web that is set up as an
alias domain,,,my main site is www.mslwebdesign.com the alias site is
www.svshouse.com To publish to the svs house site I publish to
http://www.mslwebdesign/svshouse and if someone just types in
www.svshouse.com it goes right to this site and does not show the
mslwebdesign.....here is the problem..I cannot get forms to work on the
svshouse site...if you go to http://www.mslwebdesign.com/svshouse/test.htm
their is a test form on the page and if you try it it works just fine..please
try it...however if you go to http://www.svshouse.com/test.htm and try the
form it does not work...so since everyone just types in the second address to
get there the form does not work....how can I work around this..I am a newbie
so please explain simply...is their something in form properties that I can
do..Please help

Did not work for me but is this a subsite? Are you publishing to
http://www.mslwebdesign.com/svshouse/ - if so are you having the form also
dump into a CSV file or just emailed to you? If so try taking out that CSV
file under form properties and try publishing again via Frontpage
