htm and asp reply forms

Hi

I have 2 forms
http://www.ukopforms.co.uk/test.htm
http://www.ukopforms.co.uk/test.asp

The htm form works fine and sends the details to the e mail address. The
asp form does nothing even though it's a direct copy of the htm.

Am I missing something do I need to do something to the asp form to make it
work.

Hi Wayne
Are the form sent to email by the frontpage form handler? If yes then you
can't the asp extension. If you have modified the form to include asp code,
the best way to do this would be to use a form to email script. I personally
like jmail but there are others.

I use jmail all the time its easy to use and you can see what is happening
rather than relying on FP extensions, where the code that sends the email
is hidden on the server somewhere.
If your server doesnt accept jmail there are loads more form to email
scripts Asp mail, Cdonts, Cdosys just do a search most are free.

I have been taking a look at the link you gve and I think it will/may also
answer my other question regarding mailing attachments (2 quetion down from
this in the forum). So thanks again - I will look at in the morning in the
office.
