Form Validation inconsistent

I am still having trouble getting the form on my website to accept only
messages containing some required letters (for validation). The form is at
http://artful.ca/artful_form.htm
The validation works sometimes, i.e., it goes to the validation failure page
if the letter have not been typed in, and other times it goes directly to the
confirmation page saying that the message has been sent, even if the letters
haven't been typed in. The only explanation that I have is that my FrontPage
2003 program is not working properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and
that fixed some other stange problems that I was having. Am I missing
something? Is is something to do with using http://www.artful.ca versus
http://artful.ca?

You need a 1 line text field on the form to handle required letters from the image.

I think I have done that, but maybe I did it incorrectly.
This is how I did it: Double click form - click "Validate" - Data value -
check "Field must be" - Greater than or equal to" WTXYD
It that correct? There is also a Text format choice, but I'm not sure how
that one works. Do I use "No constraints" at the top, or do I have to chose
Text, Integer, or Number? The help section on FrontPage is of no use for
this.

You have to add a separate single line text field for the user to enter WTXYD. Currently you have
the user entering WTXYD in the same scrolling text box as they are suppose to enter their comments.
If your validation worked, then users would not be able to enter their comments, just WTXYD.

Set the validation to text and limit the characters to be entered to WTXYD
