FP 2003 Form Field Validation

Guest

Hi, When I set up my form to validate several fields, after the user hits
Submit, the default validation form comes up - which is okay except that at
the bottom of the form it says Return to Form with a hyperlink that sends the
user back to a blank form. I have created a custom validation failure page
but that cannot itemize the fixes needed. Does anyone know w workaround for
this? Thank you!

Try correcting you second save file location
You have for saving as html: LLC Order Form
- that is not a valid file name

Thank you. That did not seem to work.

On this form
http://www.cadremarketing.com/south...norderforms/incorporate-in-tennessee-form.htm
an alert/prompt comes up in each fireld which is what I want - not the form
validation error pages (shown below) that comes up on this form:
http://www.cadremarketing.com/southernfilings/llcorderforms/form-llc-in-tennessee.htm

Any ideas:

Form Validation Error
Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then
submit the information again:

The first "Registered Agent Consent" option is not a valid selection. Please
choose one of the other options.
Please select one of the "R1" options.
Please enter at least 2 characters in the "Principal's Name For FEIN" field.
The first "Terms and Conditions" option is not a valid selection. Please
choose one of the other options.

Return to the form.
