form sent by email, password???

I have created a simple form, and have it set to email the contents to my
email address, upon clicking the submit button. After publishing to my
server, I tested it. After clicking submit, it asks for my network password
and username etc. I want to just have the submit button send it
automatically so site visitors can send me feedback...

I FP2002, with the web open and the form page active, I right click on the
submit comments button, and select form properties. Then I entered my email
address in to the email field. i removed the contents of the filename field,
as I thought that would fix it, but it did not. It was something like
"_private"...

Is there something else under form properties, options or advanced buttons,
that I need to do?
