Form Results Emailed

I have a FrontPage 2002 questionnaire form at
http://caot.lacc.cc.ca.us/001/Questionnaire.htm in which all form results
have been set to be emailed to me automatically when the form is submitted.
The form is published on a server behind a firewall and I must use only my
school email address for form results. Up until a couple of months ago, I
successfully received email confirmation each time a form was submitted. I
not longer receive email notification when a form is submitted, although
form results are being successfuly saved in csv file.

I teach online classes and it is cricital that I received notification when
a form is submitted by a a new online student. I also have a discussion Web
at http://caot.lacc.cc.ca.us/001/Talk1/disc1_frm.htm in which I should also
be receiving email notification when new posts are made. This no longer
happens either.

All suggestions as to what might be causing this problem are greatly
appreciated.

Check with your school email administration and make sure they aren't
blocking email from your domain. They may have added the domain to a spam
list which would prevent you from getting it. You can also check by setting
up a free Yahoo or Hotmail account and changing the mail address of the form
to that address, submit the form and see if you get the email. If you do
get it then the problem is with the school email servers. If you don't the
problem is with the web site. You can call your ISP to make sure that they
still have the server extensions set up to send email.

Hi, David:

The only email that is not blocked is my school email address, so I can't
test it with Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. They have checked extensions.

Many web host has set up or change the setup of their mail server to only
send email from forms to an email address within the current domain, check
with your web host.
