Why does FP insert 'action="_derived/nortbots.htm" webbot-action="

I have uploaded a questionnaire and when I look in the 'source' of my page I
see that line which I didn't put in: action="_derived/nortbots.htm"
webbot-action="
What is it and do I need it? I have no norbots.htm page created. The form
does upload but the submit doesn't work. The form is on
www.spiritofthewestmagazine.com/questionnaire.htm

Thank you for your help

That line indicates that there is a problem with your form.

The live/remote serve must have the FP extensions installed and configured to process email by the
web host.

You must either create the form directly on the live/remote server via FP or you must publish it to
the live/remote server via FP http mode (http://www.yourdomainname.com).

Thank you very much. I finally got it to work. One question - when I 'scroll'
over the 'submit' button - how can I get rid of the
_vti_bin/shtml.dll/questionnaire.htm ?

Thanks for all your help.
