Form Results Email From: field

I set up a form using FP2003. Everything works except that when the specified
recipient gets the email with the form results, the From: field shows the
name of the server the site resides on instead of the domain name of the
website. How can I customize the From: field?
 
The from address is configured in the FrontPage extensions. You will have
to ask your host to change it.
 
that is because it is the server sending the email (in technical terms).
