Form Problem

I have created a template of a form using Word.
I 'protected' the document so that users can only enter
data in specific fields. Most of the fields are drop-
down lists that work only when the document is
protected. However, other fields contain formulas to
calculate numeric data entered. The problem is that
these fields will not calculate unless the
user 'unprotects' the document first. Is there a way to
keep the document protected and have the formula fields
calculate automatically?

Hi Debra,

In the field properties of the fields that provide the numeric data for the calculations did you turn on the "Calculate on exit" option?
