Form problem

I have FP 2002, I have server exstensions installed. I am so frustrated
right now, i don't understand this at all. I just added a password protected
page to my website and it all works fine until I try to use the comments
form. It goes directly to an error page when i hit submit, "the page cannot
be found." However if i put the exact same form on another page of the
website it works fine. What would cause this?!!!??

Are you using a custom confirmation page??
Is the link to it correct in Form properties??

Okay, here is the site: http://www.care4elders.com/Geratricnursing.htm, login
by using 123 as both username and password.

and, no custom confirmation page, just the regular, and i am not sure as
what you mean by "link to it correct in Form Properties?" How do i check
that?

Your form is in the _private folder. That's not allowed because the private folder is
supposed to be inaccessible by the public.
You need to move the form to it's "own" protected folder.
The "form results" however, will be written to a file in the private folder
