Form Question

I have a Customer Form on website for Customers to ask questions. I use Yahoo
as host, the form works correctly in that they type in question and hit
submit, the page
appears with their information but they are stalled on this page. They do
not automatically go back to website they have to hit back button. I have an
example of one I typed in on site myself below. Is there some code I can put
in that directs them back into website? Below is code from the submit form I
did for help:
The following form submission was sent.
name: Name:Front Page MVPs
email: Email: (e-mail address removed)
comments: Comments: Showing form results for help!
I8.x: 86
I8.y: 4
What code would direct them back to website without them hitting back
button and how do I get thank you Page sent to them. Thanks, Liz

Create a custom Confirmation page and set your form properties to use it
