Form error

I have published a page with a form which emails the
results to an email address. When the form is published
the following wording appears above the form "Front Page
Save Results Component"

Any help as to how I can get rid of this would be most
appreciated!

Most likely your host has not configured the forms to email transport in the
server extensions. You'll need to contact them.
