Question Boy

If I set a label's background to transparent and, in this particular case,
the font color to white (so it shows against a dark background color) and
then go to edit the text within the label the label changes to white, thus I
can no longer make out my text?! Is there anyway to fix this behavior and
avoid it switching to the same color as my font? Is there a setting
somewhere that I am not aware of?

I am using Access 2003, fully patched/updated/....!

Thank you,

QB

Change the text in the properties window instead of directly on the label.

Or, set your autoformat colour to something other than white i.e set the background colour to say yellow then go to Format/Autoformat from the menu to open the autoformat window, now click customise and choose to update the format.
