I need to create an email form that will be used as an email template for our
sales force to complete and then email off to our vendors after completion of
form. The template needs to be in our ACT (Wired Contact, web version)
database, and understand it needs to be an html form. Is it possible to
create a form easily in FrontPage and then use the template on a database
server (not web server) and use the radio buttons, check boxes, and drop down
lists? I've not used Front Page and have spent days trying to find a
software that would make this form creation easier and also allow me to use
within a database. Thanks in advance for any advice.
