Form Results to an access database

I've set up a survey form for the data to go to an access database. I let
Frontpage create the database and the form appears to work. A confirmation
page is generated, but there are no results/records showing up in the
database that I can tell. Am I looking in the wrong place? I'm using the
cpanel feature from the webhost to open the db. Suggestions please. Our
company has sent out a mailing requesting people complete the survey on line.

Verify your form field names are unique and do not include any access reserved names
- post a URL to the form page to look at
You should never open a DB on the server
(always export to your PC to open it)
