I have forgotten my password on an old laptop computer that I wish to use.
How do I go about resetting the password to get in to my system to run basic
programs> I have gone to article 321305 but I am unable to get to the
administrator mode to reset. I have been able to get as far as putting the
computer into safe mode but not any further.
