Forgotten Password

I have three operating systems; 2000, XP Pro, & 2003 Server. I forgot the
passwords, but did get two of them. How can I get around the log in so I can
change them. I reset the administrator password.
I tried Ctrl-alt-del twice--not work,
Need in fast thank you

I had the same problem in 2Kpro If you don't enter a password when you log
on normally, leave the "old password " line blank on the change password
screen (ctrl + alt + del, change password ) and enter your new password then
confirm it and OK
