Forgotten Password on a Word Document

I've made a huge blunder. I forgot the password on a document and cannot
locate my written backup. This is killing me! Can anyone help me with this
problem?
 
Try prayer. It's the only thing that has ever helped me.

I've heard that there are some third-party software programs on the market
that can crack your password for you, but I'm not real comfortable loading a
program from somebody I don't trust, and asking it to figure out my
passwords.
