I cannot access either the administrator nor my user name
accounts on my computer. I did not change my password on
either account, but it is not recognizing either one. I
have made sure that the 'caps lock' is not on, and I even
switched keyboards to make sure. I cannot log in at all,
and I need to get to some critical files. Is there a way
around this? Please help!!
