Forgot Win XP Pro Login PASSWORD

I recently changed my password I have Administrators acct , and guest account. I can get in on guest acct but cannot change alter, download etc etc under the guest functions. I can't figure the combination I used on my password which I have changed before and never forgot it until now
How can I gain control of my PC again
If anyone can give me a somewhat simple solution; I would be eternally greatful. e-mail me at (e-mail address removed)
