forgot XP log-in password

I forgot my log-in password for my usual account, which
is also the designated Administrator account. However, I
can log on a Guest account, but it doesn't have
administrative powers.

Is there anything I can do to reset my usual password and
access the data on my regular account?

I think that it would be best if you just unplug your
computer!!!
