Can't log in with a password because I can't remember it
from the "hint" that was set up either. How do I create

If You aren't running windows xp or 2000 you can bypass

your password by hitting enter. On XP or 2000 go to
someone that has the same operating system and under the
help files is shows you how to create a password override
disk. Otherwise you must reload windows.

Actually, that isn't quite true. Go into Safe Mode (hit F8 as the
computer is starting) and log in as Administrator. If you have XP Home,
unless you set a different password when the computer was first set up,
the default password is a blank, so just hit "enter". Then go to
Control Panel, User Accounts and change the password for your own
account. Write it down so you don't forget it! Post back if you need
more help.
