forgot password

I run windows 2000 professional on a dell computer, I
have forgotten my password to enter windows 2000 I can
not get past the password page, is there a way to get
around it, I have tried using the administrator also

you logged in as the admin and what did you do from there... log in as
admin and go to users in the control panel and change the password in the
user profile that you use...
