i can't evan log in at all not to safe mode because i had the only
admin account and thats the only account on the machine. all the other
accounts i dissabled

it didn't help

Go to http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ and download the boot
disk, this will enable you to reset any system password on an NT class
operating system.

ok i got in thx for your help. but i didn't do it this way. i used a
"live cd" of linux and copyed the "SAM file" (this is where the
passwords for xp are stored. but it's been hashed) i replaced the hash
to a value that made the password eqiv to "aaa". then reinserted the
file where it belongs.. and rebooted into windows
