forgot local password

I forgot my local password an it is not letting me in. how
do I get in my computer? I try going in as administrator
and it won't. How this happenend was I set the computer
to log into a domain and I did log into the domain. But
then I logged off and tried to log on locally and I forgot
my password.

Please help?

Check to see if a Domain Admin can get in and reset your account. Normally they get added automatically as local admins.
