Forgive Me For Being Ignorant?

I posted here recently regarding Burning Software.

I have found that DeepBurner is excellent for creating ISO images. It was
able to burn the ISO image into Audio_TS and Video_TS folders without a
problem. They were recognised by the DVD playing software, but would not
play. (See later).

I decided to use ImgBurn to burn the ISO image, but the software rejects my
request to burn because the image is larger than the destination disc (4.7
GB). This is probably why the DVD will not play as above.

I tried to get DVDShrink to edit the ISO file, but it won't even recognise
it.

Is there an easier way?

It appears as if all these workarounds don't work!

You told it to open a disc image, not disc, right?

Isn't rocket science...

Workaround what?

Use Shrink to make the ISO in the first place. Be sure to set the
shrink size as you need it.

I used DVDShrink to strip excess data and to create an ISO. I was then
able to use ImgBurn to burn the ISO image to DVD.

All appears to be OK ATM.

Cheers!

Shrinkto5 also works to shrink ripped DVDs.
<http://www.shrinkto5.com/> I find it'll sometimes work (I rip with
FabDecrypter) on some tough ones that DVDShrink has problems with.
