forest and domain upgrade

Good morning

We have a Windows 2000 domain controller which is the schema master and the
infraestructure master. We have a new Windows 2003 Server and
we want to replicate the Active Directory located in the Windows 2000
Server to the Windows 2003 Server. I already execute the command adprep
/forestprep, without errors. I wait for a day and then I tried to execute the
adprep /domainprep command, but appears the following message "Forest -wide
information needs to be upgraded before the domain-wide information can be
updated" Then it ask to rerun both adprep /forestprep and adprep/domainprep
commands. I did it , but still appears the same message.

Any ideas?

Have you checked that replication is occuring correctly between every domain
controller in the forest?
