Forced Shutdown

M

Mindy

I have a user that I am supporting and he has gotten the
following message for the last two mornings, when trying
to logon and connect to the network:

"...this shutdown is initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. The
system process C:\WINNT\System32\services.exe terminated
unexpectedly with status code 128. The system will
shutdown and restart."

It gives him like 60 seconds to shutdown the programs and
then it reboots the machine, automatically.

Can someone help and tell me what is causing this and
where to find a solution?

Thank you.
