force the location offline folder cached exchange mode?

how do i force the location of the offline folder used by cached exchange
mode. i have looked for a registry key, or inf, ini files but cannot locate
anywhere that this setting exists. i have the setting for offline folders
set correctly in the mst file for deployment but the setting does not apply
to the cached exchange mode setting.

i am deploying office 2k3 using an mst and downloading the cached exchange
mode within the mst file.

i now have several users that have the incorect setting for offline folders
and need to change it.
