Force Removal of DC

Had 2 DCs, problem with one, not the FSMO in a single domain AD.
Successfully ran a forced removal.

Is there a KB article on exactly how to use support utilities and mmc
snap-ins to completely remove an AD object, specifically a DC that has been
forceably removed.

I did run the metadata cleanup and it also ran to completion with a success
messgae but the object still shows up all over AD and if I run "repadmin
/showreps" the removed DC shows up in the Inbound connections.three times,
with a notation {Deleted DSA}.

What steps do I need to remove this server from AD and DNS??
