Having a problem with fonts in XP displaying and printing
differently than in 98. Similar systems, same fonts,
same software, same printer, same font manager,
(different OS)- fonts appear and print strange. Most
pronounced when printing. For example, a Coreldraw 8.0
file is created on W98 platform. When the same file is
opened on an XP box and printed (same printer, driver,
etc.), font kernings change drastically. Any clues or
suggestions where to start troubleshooting?
 
Make sure you have the latest Windows XP drivers for your printer
installed - the driver should be different than for Win 98 - not the same as
per your text.
