The font on my session properties window is displaying in
symbols like wingdings rather than letters. Therefore, I
cannot read the words on the tabs. This does not happen
on all the window tabs, but selected ones for several
other programs.

This problem happened after I installed new fonts and
deleted some of the older ones.

What is missing?

You've obviously deleted some necessary system fonts. The easiest thing
to do is to do a System Restore to a time before you did this.
