Fonts in Charts overlap

Fonts in charts appear overlapped, we have also discovered the same issue in
excel
 
Double click on the chart to get into edit mode. Double click on any of the
Series elements (e.g., a bar) to open the Format Data Series menu. Select the
Options tab. Adjust overlap and gap width here.
