font size

I want to change my default font to Arial 11 but it affects only if I start a
new message. If I reply or forward the size is 12. I check Option- mail
format- fonts- replying and forwarding ... everything is OK. Did I miss
anything? Thanks in advance.

(I'm using Outlook 2003)

Did you check the option to "Always Use My Fonts?"

Yes, thanks, I checked that, but it does not help.
I made a test by sending to myself a msg where I used both sizes 11 and 12.
the email came back to me with everything in size 12. Do I have to config
something else?
