Font Size

I have win2000 prof. My daughter was playing around on
my computer while I was gone one day and now I can't seem
to read the font for anything. Under the icons, setup,
everything is so small that I can read it. How do I fix
this?

Because, Mr Noob, there ISN'T a win2k home. And it's not like win98 is
really that much easier.
