Font Size issue

Outlook 2003 SP2 changes the font from an arial 14 to an arial 100, at
differant times and in diffrent spots on emails. You dont see the issue
when you type them only when you recieve or reply... Is this a known
issue???
Word is being used as the editor and HTML is the format...

I'm new to this format so didn't see your post and posted my own question,
similar situation with no reply. I also see another post -same issue, no
reply. How can we escalate this to someone? tks
 
me again! I found a thread that shows other having same issue- no fix
apparently...thread subject is "Outlook changes some of the.." Has posts from
2005 up to this month...
