Font size decreases on all screens

When viewing any screen the font size will be normal at top of screen and
then decrease in size down the screen view. When printing all is okay.
I have tried different things but cannot change the decending font size on
the screen.

Borrow a different monitor as a test. It reads like the vertical sweep
is messed up, where the screen is stretched out at the top, and squeezed
together at the bottom.
