Hello,
I have been trying to install fonts to a WinXPpc with no luck. Basically,
I copied the fonts file off of my PC to the local drive of another. I have
247 fonts installed on my system, and the PC I am trying to install on has
72. Then, I opened the WinNT\Fonts folder on the target PC and tried to
import the fonts using the File > Install New Font command in Windows
Explorer. The problem is that when it goes to install the font, for all of
them, not installed on the system, I get the following message:
The [font name] file is currently being used and cannot be replaced. Wait
until Windows is finished using the file, and then try again.
Any ideas would be most appreciated. Thanks,
Chris
