font in word document

I created a word document by using form fields.

In the form users - in our case is teacher will often copy from another word
document and paste to the form fields.

The question is when they copy and paste to the form fields, the font
changed, is there a way we can use only one font in the form word document,
even it is copied and pasted from another word document with different font?
