Font display problem

For some unknown reason IE pages are loading with a very large font. In
fact, I cannot see the whole page unless I scroll at the bottom so I can see
the far right-hand side. It did use to do this, and I would like to get it
back to normal ASAP. I checked on internet options, and that font is set to
'Latin' and is not large. I would greatly appreciate any help. Windows XP
SP2 Home edition, Pentium 4 PC.
