IE 6 XP SP1 or SP 2 web page displays fonts HUGE

Windows XP SP1 or SP2. IE 6 displays the fonts and
buttons on the web pages in extremely large font (about
48 pitch) The buttons are very large as well. Changing
the setting in VIEW, FONTS does not correct this issue.
Setting the ACCESSIBILTY option to ignore fonts does not
fix the issus. Had this problem before loading SP2 and
still have it after SP2. Thought SP2 would correct. Have
ran all the Hijack, BHO and spyware programs with
negative results. Seems like it may be a CSS issue as
some pages display properly (very few). Any suggestions?

Cause: This can happen because of some corrupt files in
Internet explorer.

In order to resolve the issue, I would suggest you to
upgrade your Internet Explorer by following the link
given below. I would like to inform that the upgrade has
got a patch which will repair IE and restores the corrupt
files automatically.

Visit

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6
sp1/default.mspx, and then click Internet Explorer 6
Service Pack 1 under Download center, and then click
Download.

Regards,

Ram.
