Fomat windows drive (remove windows)

Hi, I just found out that Windown won't let me format my C: drive, the one
that Windoes is installed on, how can I solve this? I really want to remove
everything and just Install it from the begining again....

Boot from the XP CD and tell the setup program to reformat the drive and
then install XP on it.
