Follow Up Flag insert action item note

In the Outlook box a follow up flag reminds me to respond to an e-mail and on
what date I choose. I would like to be able to insert a note in a dialogue
box that reminds me about how I want to respond to that e-mail when the flag
reminder appears on the ascribed date. Usually I delay responding to e-mails
because I'm waiting on contingencies. A reminder of what I was thinking when
I set the flag would help tickle my memory and I would not have to make a
note elsewhere. I need at least 100 characters

TRY THIS:

Instead of setting a flag, add a reminder (the same way as flagging). In
the "Flag To" box type your note. When you open the message your note will
be in a box above the senders name
