Flag reminders should have an area to enter a small note

When one activates a flag against an e-mail message or a reminder, a small
form area should be created to enter any specific action to take.

Yep, I agree. Actually, there is a sort of a way of doing what you want
already in Outlook. If you start up the field chooser window you will
find one called "Follow up flag." If you drag and drop that into the
table it will be a column you can adjust the width of and write short
phrases into. I use it all the time. Personally I think an annotation
feature like Pocomail has would be brilliant, as my way is rather limited
in how much you can see. If I didn;t have need to sync with my PDA I
would look seriously at Pocomail simply for that feature.
