Allow annotations when flags are used

When I flag an item for follow-up/ call-back etc., it would be useful if
there is a text box to include notes. So when i receive the reminder (if one
was set for the flag), I also see what the notes written for that flag are.

You can enter any text you want into the flag text field, you don't have to
accept the default text choices. However the flag text isn't displayed in
the reminders window. You'd have to open the reminder dialog for that item
to see the text or add that field to a folder view.

THanks for the tip on editing the flag text; didn't know about it.
I still would want to suggest a bigger notes field be included to enhance
work effectiveness: e.g. all the things I need to do when a particular e-mail
is due.
