flag column mobility in Microsoft outlook

My suggestion is to be able to move the flag column to the left (right by
importance, icon, size, etc) , so that the flag is the first thing I see in
my inbox.

Try this: Use Field Choose to remove that column and then add it in back in
in the position you want.
