Folders in Outlook 2000

We are running an exchangeserver 2003 and the clients are using Outlook
2000.

Some of our user have ekstra folder in there mailboks one in english and one
in danish. When I from a mail try to add a contact to "Contacts" it is
placed in the contact folder with the danish name. I would like the english
folder to be the default contact folder. How can I do that? When I
rigth-click on the folders, I'm able to delete the english contact folder
but not the danish one. Why is that?

Apparently you have the Danish data store set as your delivery location on
Tools>Services. Is the default data store your Exchange server mailbox or a
PST?

The default store is the Exchange server mailbox. We don't have the pst-file
anymore.

If the default store is the Exchange mailbox and the default folders are in
Danish, then the Exchange server is Danish, correct? There's no way you can
have two sets of folders and not have two data stores. I don't see how the
English names can be anything other than a PST.
